Green Chicken Chile “Enchilada”

  • 1.1 oz freeze dried or dehydrated chicken (add more to increase protein)
  • 1 tbsp powdered cream of mushroom
  • 1 tbsp powdered cream of chicken
  • 1 tsp powdered sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp powdered cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp bone broth
  • 1 tsp milk powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp powdered butter
  • dehydrated or freeze dried onion to taste
  • dehydrated or freeze dried green chile to taste
  • dehydrated or freeze dried cheese to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • tortilla strips or tortilla


  1. Add all ingredients to freeze bag except tortilla product.
  2. Boil enough water to cover ingredients.
  3. Add water to freeze bag and left soak for 15 min.
  4. Serve with tortilla strips on top or use tortilla to dip and eat.
