Two Ingredient Trail Snacks

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 large banana, mashed

Add in 1/4 of your choice:  choc chips, protein powder, shredded coconut, cocoa powder…

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mash banana well, add in oats and mix.  You can leave as is or customize with almost anything.
  3. Spoon out 1 tablespoon on parchment and bake for 15 min on 350.
