- 1 cup oats
- 1 large banana, mashed
Add in 1/4 of your choice: choc chips, protein powder, shredded coconut, cocoa powder…
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mash banana well, add in oats and mix. You can leave as is or customize with almost anything.
- Spoon out 1 tablespoon on parchment and bake for 15 min on 350.
